WhipStaff Ranch and Rescue is located in beautiful (ok, well we think it is!)
Solway MN. This is Northern Minnesota, USA. We are approximately midway
between Duluth and Fargo, about 300 miles North of the Twin Cities. The closest
larger town is Bemidji. We are about 10 miles West of Bemidji.

Hours of Operation
We are a family run rescue out of our home using land from our farm.
Please do not be offended if we cannot engage in long telephone
conversations, as a working farm we have very long days and are always
busy. You are welcome to email and we will generally reply within 24
hours. Feel free to call any day of the week from 10 am to 6 pm. Before
this time we are out feeding animals, and after 6 is our family time. After 6
pm you will be asked to leave a message, which will be returned the next
day. If we are expecting your call, we will answer of course. =)
Visitors
Visits are welcome when an appointment has been made. Please
understand that our American Bulldogs are our working protection dogs and
we ask visitors to not approach their kennels. Certain areas of our ranch
are off limits to the public. This includes our main rabbitry building and our
hog and waterfowl areas. This is to help protect our animals against
bio-contamination and disease. We will be happy to show you the rescue
animals for adoption however!
Please note that many of our dogs and cats live in foster homes. An
appointment IS necessary to meet them! We generally have adoption
appointments on Saturdays and Sundays.

Ruby was surrendered to the rescue because her owner
didn't realize when you own intact male and female dogs,
the girls do get pregnant. Ruby and her little jewels are
all now in loving homes!
